Jonás Gomez Tijerino

About Jonás:

Jonás is local to Madison, WI. He attended UW Madison, where he earned his B.A. in Communication Arts and English Creative Writing with certificates in Education and Educational Services and Chican@/Latin@ Studies. UW is also where he earned his M.S. in Education Leadership and Policy Analysis with an emphasis in Global Higher Education. Prior to joining L&S, Jonás worked as a Precollege Advisor for the UW Madison PEOPLE Program, of which he is also a proud alum.

In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching soccer, hanging with friends and family, writing, watching films, video games, tabletop games, Dungeons and Dragons, hosting a talk show on WORT FM, and kicking back with his dog Paco and cat Masaya.
